Download Wordpress 2.7

Wordpress 2.7 is now available to all users including self hosted users. Before you upgrade, please remember to backup your WP and even make a couple self backups - just in case. Also refer to my blog post about upgrading to wordpress 2.7 and see the few tips about checking for capable plugins and themes with this new version of wordpress. For those of you that are using Wordpress as a CMS (Content Management System) you will defiantly want to review, review, and then review some more on the changes and particulars of the new version.

After taking the correct steps in upgrading, go HERE and download the newest version. I would really like to get some feedback on features you guys/girls like and dislike about wordpress 2.7 and what you feel should be in the next release. As always, Wordpress will be making changes, rolling out new versions and fixing known bugs and eventually, even a new (UI)user interface. I will be making a follow up post about the cool features of Wordpress 2.7 in the coming future.

I will be testing the new version on a couple of my test/staging websites just to be sure everything will be okay. I will be rolling in the new version soon as possible thought so please hang in there with me as certain features of this site may be under construction until a possible fix is issued.
