Whenever I'm looking to buy something online or off-line I almost ALWAYS look at customer reviews and put a ton of weight on my decision on weather to buy or not. Sometimes its just an average person, and sometimes that's actually a good thing. Its a good thing because that means they're going to be more likely to look at it the way other potential buyers will; which will make the review more helpful than someone too focused on tech specs. :) I agree that cell phone reviews can be a huge help, but you don’t always get some cell phone expert reviewing them.
